amazing foodattentive waitersecure area

the terraza grill offered amazing food and service. i went there multiple nights because of waiter santiago's understanding of customer needs. the three course menu had variety and tasted great. I also loved the secured area with beautiful homes, it allowed pleasant evening walks.

the pools seemed small and the water got unusually hot sometimes.

I really liked the jungle atmosphere. The hotel had wooden fitness equipment near my room. The pool activities were fun. I found the food in the restaurants to be quite good.

The beds felt very hard, not good for my joints. I asked for extra mattress padding, but they brought a comforter to put under the sheet. It did not help much. There was no coffee shop. I had to pay for coffee in the lobby. There was also no iced coffee available.
